Day 1: Marrakech – Tichka Pass – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

Pick-up will take place at your hotel or riad in Marrakech, you will drive across the High Atlas Mountains, sub-range of moroccan Atlas mountains, going through TiziN´Tichka port and reach an altitude of 2260 m(7414.698ft) with stops for panoramic views and taking pictures of the Berber small villages that camouflage in the landscape, then drive to the Kasabah of Ait Ben Haddou (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot in this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penelope Cru…. Instantly recognizable as the setting of various Hollywood epics, it’s also a popular backdrop for photo shoots with international fashion magazines and agencies. You will walk to the Kasbah to explore its building and history and will be an opportunity for you to take some beautiful picture from the top hill location of the Kasbah ,Free time for lunch in the same village.After that you will drive to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gate of the Sahara.”. Accommodation will be at a riad/hotel in Ouarzazate Distance : 204 KM = 127 MI.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Boutaghrar Nomad Caves – Boumalne Dades

After breakfast in the riad , you will drive through fascinating Dades and Rose Valleys. Your first stop will be at Skoura to walk within the Valley and visit the beautiful and well preserved Kasbah of Ameridil. Then you will continue to the village of KalaaM’gouna, famous for its roses fields and rose products. A rose festival is held here every May each year, when the roses are harvested. Since this is the road of the thousands Kasbahs you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take some beautiful pictures. Our journey continues to boutaghrar area where you can meet berber families still living in caves with their goats and sheep .After lunch with Berber family,we continue to the Dades Gorge where you will enjoy seeing the amazing Rock formation called “the monkey Toes” and the still standing Kasbah of Aityul. Overnight in a traditional Berber guest house with dinner and breakfast. Distance : 116.6 KM = 72.4 MI.

Day 3: Boumalne Dades – Todra Gorges – Merzouga (Camel Trek)

After breakfast , you will drive towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley enjoying the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Once at the Todra Gorge you can walk under the 300 m high red cliff, where many rock-climbers spend their time. After lunch in the way, you will arrive to the village of Merzouga – where your camel will be waiting you. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and desert scarf before you ride your camel, guided by an experienced Camel Guide, to explore within the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi. Here you will spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent. Distance : 252.3 KM = 156.8 MI.

Day 4: Exploring Merzouga & Visit Nomad Family

You will wake up early to watch the sunrise before breakfast. You will meet with your driver and you will start exploring Erg Chebbi and the area, you will drive through the road that was formerly used for the Rally “Paris – Dakar. Stop at Tissardmin oasis where we can find fossil quarries still present in the area, we continue then by a road where we can see nomad settlements and learn their secrets and manners. The next stop will be at a viewpoint to contemplate the whole Erg Chebbi. Then you will continue driving through some Berber villages. Then you will reach the village of HassiLbid where you can walk in the oasis where there are wells of water still working till nowadays, in which the source of water is under the sand dunes. We`ll reach then Kamilia Village, originally from Mali, where we´ll take a relaxing cup of tea meanwhile we listen to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa. Transfer to your accommodation and free afternoon to enjoy the town or the dunes next to the hotel to see the sunset. Dinner and night in the hotel.

Day 5: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt

You will get up early in the morning to watch the sunrise, then you will ride the camels back to your car, after taking the shower and breakfast, you will start your tour from merzouga heading to Midelt. You will stop in the city of Rissani to visit its traditional and authentic market , then continue to Erfoud where you will have a visit to one of the factories of Marble rocks fossils, get an idea about the geological and information about the fossils in that era where fossils were alive. then you will continue towards the ziz Valley in the high atlas mountains where you can have a walk inside the farms of locals and learn about plants and trees and cultivation technics. you will drive to Errachidia to have lunch , After that , you eill continue your road to Midelt passing by small villages and enjoying the wonderful landscape of the area.overnight in Midelt city.

Day 6: Midelt - Cedar Forest - Ifrane - Fes

In the morning you will drive to Fes via the Cedar Woods where, if you are lucky, you will see some of the barbary monkeys and you will get the chance to feed them . The next place you will have a break the city of Ifrane ,wehre you can have a walk, which is situated in the northwestern slope of the Middle Atlas at 1630 meters above the water level. Its broad avenues, its urban development with perfect cleanness, the gardens, the green areas and its architecture make this city look like a Swiss town. Ifrane feels misplaced in Morocco. That is why it is named the Moroccan Switzerland, and if that is not enough it has an important ski resort, Michlifen. you will drive to Fes .overnight in Fes.

Day 7: Exploring Fes

Today we will explore the Unesco world heritage site of Fez and the oldest-largest medieval city in the world. A local licensed historical guide will accompany you as you discover each of the two old Medinas, the largest which is Fes El Bali. In 1981 it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Fes El Jedid, the old city, which was built by Merinids. The former has so many fascinating historical sites such as: Al_Qarawiyyin, which dates back to AD 859, and is the oldest continuous functioning madrasa (Old School) in the world. The Ancient Tanneries where you can witness the tanners incredible labor of making Babouches (Moroccan Slippers) as well as wallets, handbags and a host of leather goods. You will have the opportunity to stroll throughout the Souks (Old Markets) in the Old city of Fez. Day 8: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

Pick up will take place at your Riad/Hotel and drive to Meknes City, Morocco’s first Islamic city and second imperial city. Its medina is very old as was a capital of the Kingdom and had a Powerful leader. You will discover the most important monuments in Meknes city such as: Palais Dar El Makhzen, Bab Mansour, Bab El Khémis, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and the squar of Lahdim. You will have a break to have your lunch in the city of Meknes. Then, you will drive to the next stop: Volubilis, the best preserved Roman ruins in the North Africa to Learn about the historical Roman city that was here once by looking at the ruins of the Arch of Caracalla, the Basilica and the Capitoline Temple. After that, You will drive to Chefchaouen (the blue city) through the Rif Mountains, you are going to pass by Ouazzan City and small Village. Accommodation will be at a riad or hotel in Chefchaouen. Distance : 199 KM = 124 MI.

Day 9: Exploring Chefchaouen

After breakfast, self to do tour of the city of Chefchaouen (The Blue City),It is one of the stunning villages at the feet of the Rif mountains. Chefchaouen medina had a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts and crafts stores, roof-top restaurants and cafes.

Day 10: Chefchaouen – Tangier

After having your breakfast in your Riad, you will drive to Tangier through the spectacular mountains of the Rif . Then you will have the opportunity to visit the cave of Hercules. Then we take you to the Port of Tangier .the tour ends Distance : 115 KM = 72 MI.
